Jamaican Jerk Daiquiri
Jamaica and jerk seasoning is synonymous, so it’s no surprise there is a drink called the Jerk Daiquiri.
Why not try this delicious cocktail with a bit of a kick!
Ingredients:
50ml Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum
30ml jerk sugar syrup (see Jerk sugar syrup recipe )
20ml fresh lime juice
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker with cubed ice
Hand shake then fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with a lime wedge
