We all know that for some of us, looking forward to our vacation can sometimes also come with that age-old concern of how to not get off track with our fitness regimen.

All that delicious food, days of lazing in the sand, and a different schedule means that you may not be able to stick to your regular routine.

By building in a guaranteed way to keep to your goals while holidaying in the sun, a program like Fit & Fun can be the perfect answer.

Now let's dive into the top 7 Fit & Fun activities for you to try.

Yoga

For an hour, guests can relax their mind, body, and soul in this vinyasa flow yoga-inspired workout, with a fusion of tai-chi and Pilates that will make them feel brand new.

This class is done right on the beach which makes it even more intimate, offering scenic views of the Caribbean Sea.


Aquafit

Guests can enjoy the sun with Aquafit, a 30-minute workout in the pool, which includes water kickboxing, cardio, and abs making full use of the natural resistance of water.


Outdoor Running

This workout includes 10 minutes of intense stretching, followed by a three-mile run around the resort. It concludes with 10 minutes of abs and 10 minutes of elastic stretching.


Bootcamp

This is the newest addition to the program which involves a 60-minute class.

Guests can burn between 600 and 1,000 calories and experience all the Fit & Fun workouts wrapped into one sweaty, but exciting class of circuits.

The class features different tools such as TRX, kickboxing, strength & conditioning, kettlebells, athletic conditioning, abs, cardio and ends with a cool down and stretches.


Kickboxing

This exhilarating stand-up combat sport based on kicking and punching will have you healthily working up a sweat. Guests can kick and punch heavy bags, mitts, and shields and improve their resistance with conditioning exercises. 


Zumba

Guests can enjoy this upbeat dance-cardio workout to Latin-themed choreographed dance moves.


Spinning

This involves five minutes of dynamic stretching, followed by 30 minutes of spinning circuit/intervals, concluding with five minutes of cool down and static stretches.
