PULLED JERK BBQ SLIDERS
INGREDIENTS
METHOD
Wash and clean chicken and marinate with salt, pepper and Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning with all your dry ingredients, Put chicken to marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, then grill on medium heat. when this is done in a small bowl pull your chicken in large pieces toss with BBQ sauce lightly place on top of your brioche slider bun and top with coleslaw.
MAKING APPLE COLESLAW

METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl toss together lightly
This is a very quick and easy to make meal with simple ingredients … now stack those buns with your slider pulled jerk chicken and enjoy!
