Jamaican Hurricane Punch
Coloured like the pink morning sky that warns of the arrival of bad weather, a Jamaican Hurricane Punch, like its namesake is not to be taken lightly. Sweet, strong and tangy this “hurricane in your glass” cocktail can be made with any fruit juice available and is always best enjoyed hunkered down with friends!
Ingredients
4 parts dark rum
2 parts passionfruit juice
1 part lime juice
1 wedge lime
1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients.
Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with the wedge of lime and a maraschino berry.
